With clients in 40 states, we offer a variety of consulting services ranging from reimbursement issues associated with cost reports, Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) adjustment reviews, Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) Area Wage Index (AWI) annual submissions, and third party billing projects for providers and physicians. Complementing these services, the firm offers fringe benefit/human resources services. These services range from benefit reviews to system-wide benefit programs for hospital chains. The addition of this expertise was necessary to meet the changing and growing needs of current and future clients.

Utilizing information obtained under the Freedom of Information Act, the firm applies an internal methodology with its collective experience from more than 900 consulting engagements to identify the most promising recovery opportunities for its clients. Working on a contingency basis, the firm does not receive payment for its services until our work has been audited by the Intermediary and the client receives its additional reimbursement (or credit).
